Donate Food

Last year, EFAA provided over $1.7 million worth of food to our participants and their families. EFAA’s food bank relies on generosity of our community. Last year, businesses, nonprofit organizations, the faith community, labor unions, and schools donated nearly 175,000 pounds to our food bank.

EFAA takes pride in providing highly nutritious and culturally appropriate foods for our participants. We also distribute personal care items and infant/childcare items, like diapers and formula.

We also rely on generous donations of goods to help our neighbors meet their basic needs.

We accept shelf-stable foods up to one year past the expiration date. Food needs to be in unopened packaging with ingredients labeling. Perishable foods should be donated before the expiration date and in good condition. We also accept toiletries and personal care items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept clothing, furniture, or household items and appliances.
