WHAT WE DO
Our case managers help neighbors in need meet their basic necessities through our housing program, food bank, direct financial assistance, and other community resources.
You may qualify for assistance if you are a resident of Boulder County, including the City of Boulder, Gunbarrel and the mountain communities of Nederland, Ward, Jamestown, Marshall, Pinecliff, Eldorado Springs, and Coal Creek.
After making an appointment by calling 303.442.3042, you’ll meet with a case manager who will review your information and discuss the forms of assistance for which you may be eligible.
