Live auction package #3: Desert Glamping near Moab, Utah

Event logistics
Timeline:
4:00 Cocktail hour begins on the lawn
5:30 Seated dinner, live music, and program in the big red barn
8:00 Event ends
Attire & Weather: Garden party attire. If the weather allows, this will be an indoor/outdoor event. As of today, we are expecting temps in the low 60’s. There is no heat onsite. Please dress in warm layers, and wear shoes to traverse grass and a gravel parking lot.
Directions:
Lone Hawk Farm is located at 10790 N 49th St, Longmont, CO 80503.
From the west:
From the intersection of 36 and Broadway, continue on 36 north for 7.9 miles. Make a right (east) on St. Vrain. Follow St. Vrain for 1.1 miles to 49th. Follow 49th, (a gravel/dirt road) for .4 miles until you reach Lone Hawk Farm on your left. Look for the sign with balloons. Follow the driveway past the red barn on your left until you reach the gravel lot. Parking attendants will guide you to a parking spot.
From Louisville, Lafayette, or the east:
Take 95th to Mineral Road/Highway 52. Follow Highway 52 west. Continue straight on IBM Dr/IBM loop. Take a left/west on Monarch. After .4 miles, make a right (north) on 63rd. Follow for 4 miles. Take a left on Nelson Road and follow for 1.5 miles. Head north on Rogers/51st/49th for 5 miles until you reach the Lone Hawk farm on your right. Look for the sign with the balloons. Follow the driveway past the red barn on your left to the parking lot where an attendant will guide you to a parking spot.

What is on the menu?
Black Belly is providing a beautiful buffet with a variety of entrees and sides to support most dietary preferences.
Is my ticket tax deductible?
The tax deductible portion of your ticket is the ticket price minus the market value of goods associated with your ticket (for this event $125 of your event ticket is tax deductible). For the Live Auction, per IRS regulations, only the amount exceeding the retail market value listed on your receipt is considered tax deductible. A donation to the special appeal (aka paddle raiser) is fully tax deductible. EFAA encourages you to consult your tax advisor.
